Terms of service
These terms cover using this website and, in outline, how an engagement with us works. Every project also gets a written proposal that sets out scope, price and dates; where the two differ, the proposal wins.
Using this website
The content on myn.fi is provided for general information. It is not professional advice and it may change without notice.
You may not copy, scrape or reuse the content, design or code of this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
The teardown
The 48-hour teardown is free and carries no obligation on either side. It is our honest view of what you sent, plus a fixed price and a proposed launch date.
Turnaround is measured in business days from when we receive enough information to review.
Engagements
Work starts when a proposal is accepted in writing and the first invoice is paid. Prices are fixed for the agreed scope and only change if the scope changes, which we confirm in writing first.
You provide content, access and feedback within the timeframes in the proposal. Launch dates depend on that.
Thirty days of fixes after launch are included. Ongoing improvements are available on a month-to-month retainer.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables: code, designs, accounts and domains registered for you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services, licences and open-source components remain under their own terms.
Liability
We do the work with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where Mynfi Pty Ltd is incorporated. Questions about them can be sent to hello@myn.fi.
