Design direction, architecture decisions and anything a client or customer reads without review. Those are judgement calls, and judgement is what you are paying for.

Which models and tools do you work with?

A mix, chosen per task: Claude and Gemini for reasoning and code, Cursor and GitHub for engineering, n8n and Make for automation, and whatever is already built into the tools you run. If your organisation has rules about models or data, we work inside them.

Does it make the project cheaper?

It makes the fixed price cover more. Hours that used to go on boilerplate go on the parts that need thought, and the quote reflects that. What it does not do is remove the review, which is where the quality comes from.

It stays yours. We do not use client code, data or documents to train models, and we use the enterprise or API tiers that do not either. Anything sensitive can be kept out of AI tooling entirely.

Do you build AI features into our product?

Yes, when they earn their place: search that answers, agents that triage leads, assistants inside your back office. We scope them like any other feature, with a fixed price and a launch date.
