Who we are

Mynfi Pty Ltd (ABN 75 694 614 447), a design and engineering studio based in Melbourne, Australia, with teams in Dubai and the US. You can reach us at hello@myn.fi.

What we collect

When you answer the questions on our Talk to us page, we collect what you type: what you are building, your goals, timeline, budget range, name, company, email, and optionally a phone number and notes.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site running and secure.

If you allow analytics, we set one cookie so we can see which pages help people. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To prepare and send the teardown you asked for, to reply to you, and to run the project if you go ahead.

Enquiries are delivered to our team through a private messaging channel and stored there so the right person can answer.

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Service providers we rely on to run the site and receive enquiries, such as our hosting platform and messaging tools. They process data on our instructions.

Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement plus the period required by accounting law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw analytics consent by clearing the cookie in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
